How I Work As A Therapist:

My goal as a therapist is to support you in identifying ways that you can change your life , your perspective and how you choose to respond to others as a way to empower yourself and be happy. Life can be messy and you still deserve to live your best life. I support clients in being okay in navigating the uncomfortability life in order to build resiliency. My approach is warm, direct and relational. My theoretical framework is psychodynamic, trauma informed, with a social justice lens.

Therapy can be a great way to improve your relationship with yourself by giving you a better understanding of who you are and why you do the things you do; this can serve as a catalyst to improve your overall life starting with how you feel about yourself and your relationships with others.

I support adults navigating all kinds of life transitions- where you may feel a variety of emotions; this could be something that is bothering you from the past that is hard to let go of; it could be a break up, starting a new career, navigating motherhood, or gender transition.
